Real Adventure reserves the right to cancel an itinerary due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable,in that case the full booking amount will be refunded to the customer.
- Cancellation by customer:
- Last minute cancellation: if an itinerary is cancelled by the customer 12 days prior to the trip starting date then no booking amount will be refunded to the customer. The whole booking amount will be forfeited.
- Consensus cancellation: If any itinerary is cancelled by the customer in consent with Real Adventure And before 50-12 days prior to the trip starting date , then 50% of the booking amount will be forfeited.
- Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail.
- The amount to be refunded will be credited to the same account with which the customer has made the booking payment.
