We have two categories of Activities listed on our website. Category one is the Fixed Adventure Activities departures. These Activities are group Adventure Activities and depart at a fixed date and time. The other category of Adventure Activities are Regular departures. These regular departures are for those who are looking for weekend breaks to run away from the hustle of the busy city life.

6) How early should I make a reservation?

For regular departures we recommend you to make reservation at least 15 days prior to date of departure. This is because we need to ensure every thing falls in place for you. For Fixed departures we recommend you to book the Adventure Activities at least 45 days in advance.

8) What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

Every Adventure Activities operator has their own terms and conditions of cancellations. However we are trying to get the Adventure Activities operator and us on the same page when cancellation policies are concerned. Please read Return And Refund policy  

9) How many people can join Adventure Activities ?

We keep our group sizes low so you have the freedom to move around and get involved with your surroundings, as well as more personal attention from our local guides. This intimate size ensures that your group will not crowd your experience. You can expect up to 15 travellers on a Adventure Activities but the average is 10. 10) What clothing should I pack for one of your adventures?

We always recommend packing as light as possible however the specific requirements for your tour will vary widely depending on where and when you are travelling.

11) What is the most appropriate type of luggage to bring?

We strongly recommend bringing a backpack or duffel bag, as suitcases can be cumbersome and difficult to store in buses, under seats, etc.. Keep in mind that you will normally have to carry your own luggage on and off buses and trains and up and down hotel staircases. Suitcases with wheels may not work well on dirt or cobblestone roads.
